With a background in communications, Maude has been evolving in the gastronomy industry since her early 20s! Both trained as a chef and as a waitress, she has been Marcella’s right hand since 2018 in popular UMAMI & CITRUS and her love and passion to satisfy the customer’s palate is shared with her partners.

Chef owner of famous restaurant Citrus, Marcella is one of the pillars of gastronomy in the Southern zone of Costa Rica. Her multicultural background and knowledge of World wide cuisine is reflected in her food and every meal that she serves is packed with flavours and colors.
