With a background in communications, Maude has been evolving in the gastronomy industry since her early 20s! Both trained as a chef and as a waitress, she has been Marcella’s right hand since 2018 in popular UMAMI & CITRUS and her love and passion to satisfy the customer’s palate is shared with her partners.
